Riverdale Cottages

Our village is comprised of a range of cosy, Settler-type cottages, reflecting the ‘Early Settler’ theme throughout the village. The construction resembles that of an early Victorian-styled cottage, characterised by wide, wrap around porches and high-pitched gable roofs, incorporating finials into the design.

All our cottages have two bedrooms, low-maintenance features and have been located to take best advantage of the sun; a lucky few even have the luxury of full river views!

We’ve paid special attention to keeping these cottages warm in the winter, and cool in the summer, and provided spacious loft areas to give you plenty of storage room.

Each cottage is different from the next, with finishing touches such as optional stained glass windows, drapes, carpet and kitchen units all coloured to the residents request. Each cottage also comes with its own private, fenced garden which you can maintain, or optionally arrange for the Village to look after.
