Assistance

The reassurance of knowing that assistance is merely a push of a button away – PERSI – our easy-to-use Personal Emergency Response and Secuirty Installation system is there to watch over you 24 hours a day.

A local transport service; Town’n’Around, is a simple phone call away. This service is operated by the local Anglican Parish, and is available for our residents to easily commute around town, and in case of an emergency.

Maintenance

The burden of home and garden maintenance can be eased whether you attend to this yourself or use your village’s services. Your unit can even be cared for while you are away.

Our handymen will look after all communal  maintenance requirements, and we’ll take care of all your building insurance, rates, exterior maintenance and communal gardening. You just concentrate on having a pleasant stay, and leave the rest up to us!

Privacy

You can enjoy as much privacy as you desire, and continue to welcome the company of family and friends at home. Living independently and being an active part of the village community lets you choose what to incorporate into your life.
